First time I've been motivated to write a review...so that has to say something right there. Recently I've been trying a bunch of free/cheap novels that start off a series to find the next one to delve into. After the first chapter of this, I knew I found something special - and the rest of this book did not disappoint.First and foremost, I love the characters – and how the first person view of one character leads into the introduction of another first-person view. While some characters I definitely prefer over others (Phoibe!), even my least favorites had interesting stories to tell. And I found one scene so touching, that I had to fight off watery eyes when I was reading in a public place. And I'm a dude.I also enjoyed the world that was painted - where Greek gods & demigods exist in a modern world. I really look forward to continuing this series, and learning more about this world and these characters.

This series must be read in order. This volume contains all eight prologue mini books. I can't wait to read Omega! This is an amazing series and I really enjoyed each and every installment. Each book is a look into the life and thoughts of one of the main characters in this series. What motivates them is sometimes more shocking than the actions they take! I really like how this collection of stories sets the stage for the series as a whole 🙂 It is not to be missed! I wish more authors would take the time to lay the groundwork for their new worlds so well.***This series is suitable for young adult through adult readers who enjoy paranormal in their modern fantasy suspense thrillers filled with the Old Gods and a bit of scifi 🙂

Loved it!

I really enjoyed reading the miniseries and having each individual point of view developed through the episodes. Look forward to reading more of Lizzy Ford's work.
